Getting started

Connection to the screen

  1. Connect one end of the USB power cable to the EasyDK, then the other end to the AC adapter.
  2. Connect the EasyDK to an available HDMI input on the television.
  3. Plug the AC adapter into a power outlet.
  4. Connect a mouse and if possible a USB keyboard (a virtual keyboard is available).

Connection to the wifi network

  1. Click on the network icon at the top right.
  2. Select your wifi networks using the mouse, enter your code using the USB keyboard. If you don't have a usb keyboard use the virtual keyboard (menu: left- & gt; accessories- & gt; keyboard).
  3. Validate the network (blinking blue, then solid blue = network ok)
  4. click on the icon "kiosk". < / li>

Ethernet connection on EasyDK 3 and 4

  1. Connect the Ethernet cable.
  2. Wait until the two arrows at the top right are no longer flashing.
  3. Cliquez sur l'icône  "kiosk".


Load your media with the EasyDK application

  1. Click on "Cloud-media" and choose your account
  2. Choose the media to load (image-video-pdf)
  3. Click on the right button
  4. Upload your media and wait 1 to 2 minutes for your photos to sync and 2 to 4 minutes for your videos to sync.
  5. Synchronization of your media and finished, find your content in the corresponding sections.



To see your media on our screen

  1. Click on the blue arrow
  2. In "Media Manager" click on a category icon.
  3. In the category section, click on the thumbnail and launch your videos or photos.
  4. Control the video with your remote control.
  5. Click on the icon to launch the photos or videos in gallery

Start a streaming video

  1. Look for a video in the "Search Videos" section or on a platform in the "streaming" section (youtube, dailymotion, vimeo) or an url.
  2. Once your video is selected click on the icon or do a long press on the video.
  3. Click on the icon to start the video, wait 2 to 5 seconds.
  4. Control the video with your remote control.

Generate your QR code

  1. Select your QR code from the drop-down menu.
  2. Generate your QRCode by clicking on the "Generate qrcode" button.
  3. reproduce endlessly your QR Code is unique.

Manage your cloud QR Code

  1. Via your cloud account you can update your QR Code. Updates are available to your customers in seconds.
  2. Possible modifications:
  3. Create and edit your orders
    Download your documents (videos, pdf, photos, wallpapers, button)
    Visualize your interface


EasyDK the HDMI TV Stick

  1. To start your project it is necessary to have an EasyDK key
  2. 2 solutions:
  3. - You can buy it ready to use, on our website or via our mobile application "EasyDK".
    - You can freely create your own with a Raspberry Pi (A +, 3, 4) by installing the EasyDK image available on this site.

TV screen or Computer screen

  1. You can use any display with an HDMI input.
  2. EasyDK has a landscape or portrait orientation.
  3. Once the box is connected, you control your screen from your smartphone (without switching on the TV)

What will happen after 12 months of use ?

1 / I would like to subscribe to the subscription to keep my cloud account for 12 more months

  1. Before your anniversary date you can subscribe to the member offer:
  2. - Your media is saved in your cloud space for an additional 12 months.
  3. - You keep all of your services, therefore the 2 screens linked to your account.
  4. - You keep access to synchronization functions and all cloud services.

2 / I do not wish to subscribe to the paid offer

  1. At the end of 12 months of use, you do not subscribe to the member offer, your cloud account will be closed.
  2. - You can continue to use your HDMI key on your wifi network from your smartphone.
  3. - The smartphone application will still be operational (streaming).
  4. You will no longer be able to synchronize your media, but the media (photos, videos, pdf) are still available in your EasyDK (in SD memory) and therefore accessible via the mobile application.
    - You do not will have more access to updates.

What you need to get started

  • The latest version of the EasyDK application (Android or iOS)
  • A cloud member account (free 1 year)
  • An EasyDK
  • A screen with an HDMI input, (ex: HD TV or a computer screen)
  • A mobile device
  • An Internet connection
  • Access to a secure wireless network (make sure you have the corresponding password)
  • The availability and performance of some features, services and applications are device, network, and country dependent.

Configure an EasyDK

  1. Connect the EasyDK key.
  2. To install the EasyDK application
  3. Make sure to connect your mobile device to the Wi-Fi network you intend to use for the EasyDK key.
    1. If you configure an EasyDK (v3 or v4) you can also connect it directly to your network using an Ethernet cable.
  4. Open the EasyDK application.
  5. Follow the described procedure.
    1. If you do not see the procedure for configuring your EasyDK, do the following:
      1. Make sure you have created your account EasyDK cloud
      2. Check the code "License key: 2xHIt ***" "in the section from your cloud account
  6. Copy and paste the license key in the indicated area
